Destiny and Destruction

Created by myself, Destiny and Destruction is the first proper game that I ever created in High School. This text-based adventure game takes the user on a 1hr+ journey into a fantasy land where you are the destined hero to save the world. 

Controls

This game runs in the IDE console and uses text input to progress. For certain options, enter the designated number that aligns with your choice to move forward and then press enter (i.e. "1"). For some interactions with NPCs, enter "yes" or "no" to progress the dialogue. 

Bugs

There are some known bugs with text input, especially when y/n input is required. Just reactivate the dialogue and the bug should pass. 

Tips

Make sure to spend time gathering money from easy-to-kill enemies. Also, I advise you to talk to townsfolk as they give you valuable info and even progress the game in some areas.
